What I keep, and why.
What the booking form collects
Your name, email, phone number, the address of the event, and the event details you choose to share — date, start time, number of guests, service style, staffing, dietary needs and any notes.
Why
I use it only to answer your request and plan the dinner: to reply, design the menu, shop, plan travel to your address and confirm the booking. I don't sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Deleting your details
Email me at chef@nicolasmonaco.com and ask for your details to be deleted. I'll remove them and confirm by reply.
